Dunedin, Florida Homes - Downtown area - Mease Dunedin Hospital

There are a number of attractive housing options near the Dunedin Downtown area. This is a cute bungalow in a neighborhood nearby. It's got some nice overhang on the eaves, and a welcoming front porch that all help keep the heat of the sun out of the house. Not to mention a beautiful tree shading the front yard. That front porch really does seem as though it would be a delightful place to spend a warm afternoon, catching up with friends and neighbors.

If you look just above the roof line of the house, you can see the top of Mease Dunedin Hospital a few blocks in the distance. Dunedin, Florida is lucky to be home to an excellent hospital, just a few blocks from downtown.

  3. I love this house. . .such character! If Dunedin weren't so far away, I'd come down for the Holiday for the Hounds!

Actually, I will be passing you by the following weekend. . . .coming to Ft. Myers to see the son for the holidays. . . .

  4. In my book, a front porch and tall trees help define a great neighborhood. They draw the family to the front yard. The sidewalk helps encourage conversation with the neighbors.

  5. Is that moss hanging from the tree? How neat. I love all of the plants and the porch.

  6. Lemonade or mint julep or my new favorite, a pomegranate martini out on that porch - all would be right with the world.
