It's easy to walk past the Harbormaster's Office without a second glance. After all, there are so many other things to look at when you are at the Dunedin Marina. But if you stop just for a minute and put off gawking at the beautiful boats and yachts and other vessels. And if you hang back from hurrying on to the Pier or the Bon Appetit Restaurant, you might just notice it.
To some it may not be much to look at. But when I stop and notice it, as my camera leads me to, I find an interesting older building. The design triggers many questions in my mind. When was it built? Why the roof like that? And so on. What do you think?

Glad to see your photos are back!! I had that problem a few times. That's why blogger's count and my count of posts differ.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I agree with your thoughts on this building. I often wonder why something was built the way it was. . .who first owned it. . .and so on.
Looks like a cool place to work in.
