Dunedin Real Estate comes in many sizes, conditions, and prices... This adorable home has a lot going for it. But it has one big thing going against it... the price. For the 1,062 square foot home, they are asking $179,900!! That's $169.40 per square foot! That may fly in other parts of this country, but it is not going to fly here in little 'ole Dunedin. At least not on this street, which is close but not quite downtown. But then, maybe that is why it has been on the market for a whopping 213 days. Yeah, that's just over 7 months!
That being said, if the house interests you, the MLS # is 7324689, and the sign out front lists Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc. as the office, and Marie A. Carroll as the agent. Her number is 727-584-5000. You can even tell her you read about it on Dunedin Daily Photo if you like. :)
Check back from time to time, if you are interested in Dunedin Real Estate, as I will be posting more examples of Dunedin Real Estate. Have a great day! ____

That's a cute little place; the veranda looks like a nice place for a rocking chair or a hammock. Picture it Wayne...gently swinging in the hammock, talking to the Mrs, sipping on a nice cold one...ohh yeah! that's living.
ReplyDeleteWayne,
ReplyDeletePerhaps there's gold in them thar walls?!! That could explain it .. or it could be that nobody's gently relayed the truths of this market to the seller. And sadly, if the sellers were advised that $179K for this little charmer was a tad high (cough), and the probably well-intentioned agent is keeping it on the market to appease them, well, then, everyone loses. The seller, the agent who's undoubtedly put some time into marketing it, and the public as it floods and confuses the market for buyers who have too many choices as it is.
But it is CUTE!
