Dunedin, Florida: Downtown Building Architecture Styles

I admit it... I know nothing about this building. I don't know what they do there. I don't know who owns it. I don't know what the cross street is.

Well, I guess I know a little: It is on Douglas, about a block north of Main Street in Downtown Dunedin. I know that, although I am not sure the style matches the neighborhood all that much, I kind of like it.
