Dunedin, Florida: Homes & Housing II

Dunedin, Florida: Homes & Housing II Another neat little home in Dunedin. Just down the street, off the main road, in a quiet little neighborhood of smaller homes. This one appears to be even smaller than the one posted Saturday.

It looks as though the front lawn might need some TLC. I like that it has a porch, though. I think that is important to make a house a welcome home. Isn't that right, Felicia? :)

    I like the older homes and neighborhoods. Now days to go with the big homes are the HOA. I think HOAs are worthless.

    Thanks for the comment! I LOVE barns also, I guess that's why I snap pictures of them so often! Living where I do, there are lots of barns to shoot. I hope to have more soon. Love your blog by the way. I've never been to Dunedin, but it looks extremely charming. Glad to have found you and I look forward to many returns!
