Okay Jeep Wranglers are, generally, kind of cool. Or at least, let's suppose that is true for the moment. (I actually never owned one myself, I went straight from All-American hot-rod muscle cars to practical vehicles like SUV's and pickup trucks). Then add to that the very cool looking skull and crossed swords on the spare tire cover. THEN throw in the name "Black Pearl" (Can you say "Pirates of the Caribbean"?). Now what have you got? A pretty cool looking Jeep Wrangler. It's what we drive, some of us.
What about you? 'Ever own a Jeep? Did you know that Amazon.com has a whole section devoted to Jeep Wrangler? Yup. You can help support Dunedin Daily Photo by shopping for Jeep goodies with these advertisers:
I'd love to have this here in Mexico so I could tool down the Malecon at any time of day and feel the breeze on my face and wind in my hair. Taking buses, lots of them right now! (Not complaining, tho!)
ReplyDeleteLast January, I had an accident that totalled my little Saturn and I replaced it with a Saturn VUE SUV. I love it and it gets such great mileage.

I've always wanted to own a jeep... when i was in college, i would've settled for a suzuki samarui, but no... very nice pic though - it looks like someone (capt hook?) may have keyed the side of this jeep....
ReplyDeleteI am afraid I am not "green" when it comes to my car...a suburban...I know...not good for the environment.. but.....I love it....when it is time to get a new one...I will consider "green". Nice jeep!
ReplyDeleteI drive a white Jeep Wrangler "TJ" model which is a few years newer than the YJ you have shown with the black pearl tire cover. I'm kind of a Jeep person - you have to be to drive one. I have two daughters and a wife that pretty much hate riding in the Jeep most of the time for many reasons. I just like it and I'll put up with the "issues" that come with driving a Wrangler like getting caught in the rain with the top down, bumping along sometimes a little too much, etc. Only in a Jeep.
ReplyDeleteFYI - I found your site while looking for an appropriate tire cover for my TJ. Thank you!
